Spirit Signs At Dance Competition

Last night M. was inspired by chefs and top quality and he has launched the green noodles norcina (while I rested on the couch .... aaahhh not bad!), here are the ingredients used:
- a bundle of green noodles fresh egg and spinach
- 200 grams of sausage (we do not like spicy)
- a glass of white wine
- fried (onion, celery, carrot)
- extra virgin olive oil
- Half a pack of cream
First he cooked the sauce in a little oil, then added the sausage and made it brown after cutting it into small pieces, then added the wine and left it to dry. Just last added cream. Meanwhile
baked tagliatelle al dente, the sauce was poured into the pot and made them jump (with skilled movements of the wrist I might add) ... mmm that good!
